To confirm an activity, a minimum deposit of 10% of the total cost is required. In the case of packages, the deposit and conditions may vary depending on the policies of the hotels with which we have agreements.
At least 50% of the total cost must be covered 7 days prior to the customer's arrival.
The remaining 50% can be paid in cash on the day of the activity, before it takes place.
All prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN).

Cancellations made 10 days or more in advance may:
Apply for a refund, minus 10% for administrative fees, or
Become a 100% credit, valid for one year from the date of cancellation.
The credit is transferable, subject to availability and within the established period.
Cancellations made 9 days or less in advance are non-refundable.
