To confirm an activity, a minimum deposit of 10% of the total cost is required. In the case of packages, the deposit and conditions may vary depending on the policies of the hotels with which we have agreements.

• At least 50% of the total cost must be covered 7 days prior to the customer's arrival.

• The remaining 50% can be paid in cash on the day of the activity, before it takes place.

• All prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN).

Cancellations made 10 days or more in advance may:

• Apply for a refund, minus 10% for administrative fees, or

• Become a 100% credit, valid for one year from the date of cancellation.

The credit is transferable, subject to availability and within the established period.

Cancellations made 9 days or less in advance are non-refundable.
